This study examined the impact of job holders' perceived workplace incivility on spouses' well-being based on spillover-crossover model on dual-earning couples. The 367 dual-earner couples were recruited in the study. Results showed that perceived of workplace incivility of employees positively associated with their emotional exhaustion; then, spillover to increase their work-family conflict. Consequently, employees' work-family conflict negatively influenced their partners' wellbeing through the perceptions of stress transmission from work to family domain of employees. revealed this model is also model-fit well. According to research results in this study, we proposed conclusions and suggestions for future research.
