草本代謝油對腰圍降低之研究

Effects of Herbal Oil Formula on Waist Circumference Control

摘要


本研究目的:以腹部消化系統生理特點為基礎,透過自行研發之草本代謝油,探討降低腰圍數值之成效,作為日常生活保持健康的方法之一。研究方法:以84位成年女性為研究對象,隨機將受測者分為實驗組及對照組,實驗組進行8週草本代謝油腹部外用,對照組不使用任何油正常生活,實驗結果採用單因子共變數分析進行檢定。研究結果:使用草本代謝油實驗組之腰圍數值有明顯下降的現象,研究結論:經研究結果證實本研究調配之草本代謝油可有效降低腰圍數值,可用於日常生活健康保養選擇之一。

Objective: Waist circumference is a worldwide accepted indicator for predicting metabolic syndrome. Therefore, the objective of this study is to observe the effects of herbal massage oil formula on controlling waist circumference. Methods: Applying Quasi-Experimental Design to recruit 84 females and divide them into control group and experimental group. Experimental group adopted herbal massage oil formula once a day for 8 weeks. The value of waist circumference was been tested via ANCOVA. Results: The effect of experimental group is signification than control group. Conclusion: The herbal oil formula has a good effect on reducing value of waist circumference. It could be a solution for daily waist circumference control.
