自己身體自己來-健身運動App與使用者行為探討

Train your body by yourself- An exploration of fitness Apps and user behavior

摘要


近年人們對自己身體與健康的注重,帶動了運動風氣的盛行,其中,健身可以說是方便亦具效果的健康運動。隨著科技的不斷進步與發展,智慧手機走進了每個家庭,並在我們的生活中扮演著重要的角色,而健身App也因此盛行起來,該研究透過文獻彙整,首先,瞭解健身運動App的發展現狀,其次,對目前健身運動App與使用者行為相關研究進行彙整為分別從健身運動記錄類及綜合健身運動教學類App來論述使用者行為相關研究,並提出健身運動App的應用與未來趨勢。依據研究結果,研究者提出未來健身運動App的發展趨勢應考量更便捷滿足健身運動使用者的需求,此外,需能優化並提升健身運動使用者的需求,最後,則是藉由提高科學化數據,增強服務水準,以符合健身運動市場使用者需求。

In recent years, people's attention to their bodies and health has led to the prevalence of exercise. Among many forms of exercise, fitness can be a convenient and effective method. With the constant progress and development of science and technology, the smart phone come into every family and plays an important role in our life. Thus, fitness app is prevailing as well. According to the study, firstly, to know the status quo of development of fitness app; Secondly, to explore the current fitness app and the users' behavior. As the results, the tendency of current fitness app and user's behavior from these two aspects: fitness tracking technology and fitness coaching app. According to this study, researchers put forward the future development trend of the fitness App should consider more requirements of users. In addition, it is necessary to optimize and enhance the needs of exercisers. Finally, making more scientific data and enhancing the service to meet the needs of users in the fitness market is important for the fitness Apps.
