Rubinstein-Taybi syndrome (or call the Broad Thumb and Hallux syndrome) is a rare human genetic disorder with newborn prevalence rate of 1:125,000. The syndrome is characterized by craniofacial anomalies, growth retardation, physical abnormalities and mental retardation. The purpose of this report is to present the dental treatment for a 14 years old girl patient with Rubinstein-Taybi syndrome and further discuss with clinical importance and attention needed for planning the dental treatment for this type of patient.
