酪蛋白磷酸胜與非結晶型磷酸鹽複合物的特性與其在牙科的運用
The Nature of Casein Phosphopeptide-amorphous Calcium Phosphate (CPP-ACP) and its Application in Dentistry
摘要
齲齒在現今的臺灣仍是盛行率極高的慢性疾病之一，許多兒童深受嚴重的牙疾所苦。氟的使用在齲齒預防雖是公認的必需工具，但仍有其毒性和劑量控制的隱憂。酪蛋白磷酸胜與非結晶型磷酸鹽複合物是一種嶄新的抗齲產品，它源自於天然的乳製品且可能的副作用極低，在臨床上的抗齲使用極具潛力。本文旨在瞭解酪蛋白磷酸胜與非結晶型磷酸鹽複合物的由來及其特性，是否真正適合牙科患者日常運用作為預防齲齒的工具之一。

Dental caries is an infectious disease that still affects most of the population in modern Taiwan. Many child patients suffer from serious caries disease. Although the use of fluoride plays a central role in caries prevention, the possible toxic effect and the dosage control remained a concern of the public. Casein phosphopeptide-amorphous calcium phosphate (CPP-ACP) is a new technology in the field of caries prevention. It originates from the natural dairy product and has low side effect. CPP-ACP could be the possible solution in caries control. This review article describes the nature of CPP-ACP and its possible efficacy in clinical dental use.
