The double teeth, a kind of dental anomalies, prevails in the primary dentition. The existence of double primary teeth may result in caries, poor esthetics, arch length problems and retarded root resorption in primary dentition. The permanent successor anomalies, including congenital missing teeth and repeated double teeth formation, are what parents really worried about. A case of upper primary central incisor and lateral incisor fusion is presented. In the preventive concern, application of sealants over fissures of double teeth is suggested. Routine oral examination is important to avoid delayed exfoliation of the double primary teeth and delayed eruption or impaction of the successors.
