摘要

近年來，日本想要在國際政治舞台扮演和其世界第二大經濟強國的相當角色。小泉劇場閉幕後，戰後出生的安倍首相的政策受到注目。因此，本文之目的是透過圖1來分析新安倍政權的東北亞戰略。研究結果發現，日本的《防衛白書》和《通商白書》站立於全然相反的立場來看待中國崛起。《防衛白書》顯示中國軍事威脅論和北朝鮮威脅論，而《通商白書》強調中國經濟機會論。《外交青書》則同時反映兩邊立場。因為日本擁有強大的經濟力量，所以經濟問題是否能和國際政治關係切割開來受到質疑。安倍首相的《美しい国へ》之內容和自己政權構想大致相同，這本書堪稱為新安倍政權之藍圖。

In recent years, Japan wants to play a suitable role on the international political stage just like its economic power. After the closing of Koizumi theater, the postwar birth Prime Minister Abe's policy attracts attention. Therefore, this paper's goal is to use figure 1 to analyze the Abe government's Northeast Asian strategy. This paper has found that Defense of Japan and White Paper on International Economy and Trade stand on the completely opposite sides to describe the China's rising. Defense of Japan demonstrates the Chinese military threat and North Korea threat theories, but White Paper on International Economy and Trade focuses on the China's economic opportunity. Diplomatic Bluebook then simultaneously reflects two side standpoints. Because Japan has the formidable economic power, therefore whether can economic problem be separated from the international political relation or not is a big question. Prime Minister Abe's The Beautiful Nation and political manifesto are approximately same, thus this book may be called as the blueprint of Abe's government policies.
