摘要

我們將介紹台灣獨立建國聯盟的領導者許世楷，包括他的學術研究、以及政治參與。就學術方面而言，他最重要的貢獻是對於台灣為來的憲政描繪，特別是如何透過制度的安排來處理族群分歧。在政治參與方面，最突出的地方是學以致用，尤其是制憲運動的努力。

In this article, we will introduce one of the prominent leaders of the World United Formosan for Independence. In the academic filed, his contributions are largely found in portraying constitutional arrangements for future Taiwan, particularly how political institutions may be constructed to resolve ethnic cleavages. In political participation, his efforts have been focused on how theories may be put into practice, especially in constitutional movement.
