我們首先回顧烏克蘭的克里米亞被俄羅斯併吞的背景，接著說明克里米亞內部的族群關係，再來分析克里米亞的地位、以及所謂「獨立公投」的合法性，最後探究俄羅斯的立場、以及克里米亞分離的正當性。

We start with a review of the historical background on which Russia would absorb Ukraine's Crimea, and an examination of ethnic relations on that peninsula. Furthermore, we will look into the status of Crimea and investigate the legality of the so-called ＂independence referendum.＂ Finally, we will explore Russia's attitude and assess the legitimacy of Crimea's secession.
