A company aims to maintain profit margins and develop an overall future strategy, meanwhile, it should be ready to face and deal with the unexpected crisis. This means that management needs to prepare for the crisis management, so that they can continue to prosper and develop steadily. The purpose of this research is to suggest use of the ECMM in management strategy to prevent or minimize the damage caused by the unforeseen event. After reviewing relevant research, we established a model of enterprise crisis management. The research uses case study analysis and comes to conclusion. The authors founds that companies should set up a system of crisis management to prevent any unforeseen crisis.
