摘要

由於美國曾經歷過柏林危機、古巴飛彈危機、韓戰和越戰、伊朗人質事件。因此，美國在此次美伊戰爭之危機處理中，呈現出其豐富經驗。不過，經過此次危機之後國際現勢巨幅改變，美國對我國之軍售等態度亦隨之轉變，對我國未來建軍備戰影響甚鉅，我國應未雨綢繆，以維護我國之最大利益。
