摘要

營建業乃工程意外事故發生頻率高、損失幅度大之高危險性行業。本文研究內容主要係藉對營建業經營可能發生之財產與責任損失之風險辨識，探討其危機管理機制建立必要性，分析危機管理機制建立程序與策略，以及相關保險規劃。藉事前預防、防範，事中有效處理及事後補救及補償，以達減少營建業危機損害程度，提高危機管理意識之重視。

The engineering contractor is a dangerous business for high loss frequency and severity on engineering accident. This paper is aimed at the exploration of necessity and process analysis and contents of establishing crisis management in contractors. And also mention the planning of insurance through the analysis of property and liability risks from this paper. By understanding the meaning of pre prevention, protection, efficient handles and post compensation to achieve the purposes of decreasing the damages in crisis and raising the sense of business crisis management on contractors.
