摘要

2003年8月31日蘆洲市大囍市社區因夫妻吵架而縱火自焚引起火警，造成13死71傷慘劇。此事件對國內大眾造成相當大的震撼，也使社區建築物之安全亮起了紅燈。由於人為縱火係無預警具有突發性，加上社區建築之特殊性，導致如何預防社區人為縱火之發生，已成為目前國內外消防之重要研究課題。本研究係從防火區劃與消防設備觀點，探討社區建築物人為縱火之防制對策，期有助於提升國內社區建築物之防火安全性。

Finally, it brings up some conclusions of this study, and hope can promote the safety of community buildings in Taiwan.
