企業即時警示訊息系統建構之研究

近幾年來，由於企業在產品和服務的開發上、生產上與管理流程上日趨組織化、制度化與自動化，使得企業無法再用傳統的管理方式來監控及偵察錯誤。基於此原因，本研究建構了一個企業即時警示訊息系統來監控企業內部資訊，以期在企業內部異常行為情況發生的時候，即時傳遞警示訊息通知管理者或相關人員，以執行異常事件的排除作業。本研究利用web-based的技術建構一個企業即時警示訊息系統，於系統中包含了警示條件設定、資料庫比對搜尋、訊息傳送及問題回覆等功能，當警示訊息發生時，系統則透過電子郵件、簡訊及無線傳輸等方式將異常狀況、解決方法通報於相關人員，縱使人員不在工作崗位上，也不會遺漏任何重要的警示訊息，並且能快速回應及正確的解決問題，於企業中掌握重要資訊，以維持正常營運。

Since the development, production and management of products and services of enterprise had become more and more organized, instituted and automated. Therefore, no more companies can handle or monitor enterprise alert messages by traditional ways. In this paper we build up an enterprise instant alert message system to monitor and control the outgoing alerts invoked in business operations.In this paper, we propose and establish a web-based instant alert message system. This system includes four modules: alert conditions setup module, condition comparison searching module, message transmission module, and alert correction feedback module. When an alert message occurs, the alert message system will send corresponding message to assigned persons by sending E-mail, SMS and or GSM/GPRS. In this way the assigned persons can handle the alert event and take responses quickly in any place and at any time.
