Firstly, in view of the origin-destination of urban space, this article is to discuss the imagination of urban fire risk resulted from various vulnerable .influence in the different space-time environments. Also in accordance with the manufacture and simulation of various prediction map of urban fire risk, then applying the above results to the establishment of the strategy of urban fire prevention. It reveals that such a method can yield twice the result with half the effort due to take actions that suit local circumstances. This research is to predict urban fire risk by mainly combining with the theory framework of urban mosaics theory, by using the analysis results of spatiality and quantification of the change in urban mosaics as an interface, and by using GIS and the related spatial analysis model. The prediction result can be used as a reference for the decision-making of subsequent urban fire administration.
