摘要

有鑒於近幾年來爆竹煙火製造業災害的發生，使得許多人因此而喪失寶貴的生命，爲了能降低此類的災害再次發生，本組以現行相關的法令並配合過去所發生的災害案例來探討爆竹煙火製造業的現況以及政府相關單位作業現況。本研究最後所得之結論及建議期望能提供給爆竹煙火製造業與政府相關單位做參考，期望能有助於其改善目前的缺失。

During the past few decades, the firecracker factories explosion accidents happened repeatedly and resulted in many lives loss. In order to reduce the same tragedy take place again and again, this study focused on current firecracker manufacturing related law and regulation to exam the accidents of the past and compare the differences between the reality and compliance situation.
The final findings and recommendations might offer government related units and firecracker industry as an improving reference. Hopefully, this study might improve the shortcoming of the current situation.
