The purpose of this study is to discuss the use of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) in pilots' training. The factors in influencing the forming of attitude towards TAM, the decision in adopting the TAM, and their behavioral willingness were discussed. The data were evaluated by the factors of their cognitive understanding and the explicit actions under the influence of the cognitive understanding of the model. The result of this study shows that under the model, there is a positive correction between pilots' self-efficacy and perceived effectiveness of the model. There is a positive correlation between the subjective code of conduct and the perceived usefulness. There is a positive correlation between the perceived operational friendliness.
