摘要

研究顯示，台灣婦女創業舉步維艱，再加上性別可能影響領導行爲，因而本研究希望能深入瞭解目前台灣地區女性創業家所面臨的領導困境，繼而釐清相關因素的影響，期能提供婦女創業的參考，進而提升婦女創業的競爭能力。

Studies have shown that the Taiwan female entrepreneurs to be difficult coupled with gender may influence behavior, thus, the research hopes to further solutions for leadership difficulties to the Taiwan female entrepreneurs are facing, and then clarifies related factors. Finally, the study offers certain references for Taiwan female entrepreneurs to enhance entrepreneurship competitiveness while they start up.
