摘要

本研究以鑄鋼工廠為研究對象，分析工廠現況與探討問題，整合工作研究及設施規劃的技術分析工廠的製造流程與佈置，藉由整合這兩個分析方法，融合理論與工廠實際的運作方式，分析的結果是設備位置跟流程動線都維持不動，但是實際上在各個作業區域中還是藏有需要改善2點，包括（1）人力配置問題（2）模具模板存放配置。

This research based on the casting steel factory as the research object, analyzing the present flow process and finding the flow problems in the factory .The techniques are integrated Work Study with Facility Layout to analyze the manufacture procedure and layout. The research purposes are to merge the theory concept and real operation of real factory which using Work Study and Facility Layout analytical approaches. The research conclusions are machine layout and process flow are no change, but some hidden problems are need to be improved which include how to human resource allocation and Jig template re-layout planning.
