籃球活動對身心障礙特殊生身心狀況影響之研究

The Research of Influence of Basketball Activities on Mental and Physical State of Disabled Students

摘要


運動對於各個年齡層的人們來說都有其重要性,尤其是發展中的青少年更應接受適當的體育課程以養成良好的運動習慣,然而身心障礙學生因為自身條件的限制常無法盡情享受運動帶來的好處又會因為擔心失敗而裹足不前甚至放棄;但若是能夠針對學生的體能狀況設計適當的運動,不但能使其在過程中獲得成就感及體能的進步,也能夠提高日後主動從事運動的動機。本文針對作者在竹大附小融合校區所進行為期一年,每週一次兩小時的籃球課程,針對此課程對特殊生造成的身心影響加以探討,根據對家長及教師的問卷調查結果顯示,特殊生在社會適應度、情緒控制力及耐力方面均有進步,但在籃球技能方面則僅有持球、拋接球與傳接球方面等較為靜態的技能部分有顯著進步,在運球、投籃、上籃、搶籃板球與防守動作等較為動態的技能部分則較無顯著進步。

Sports are important for all people regardless of their ages, especially to the developing teenagers, who should receive appropriate physical education courses to help them obtain good exercising habits. However, students with physical or mental disabilities are unfortunately restrained by their conditions that they can't enjoy the advantage of sports and tend to feel discouraged easily, or even finally give up trying them. If we can design a proper program which can suit with those exceptional students, we might not only help them gain accomplishment but also get better in stamina, and also can effectively stimulate their motivation toward sports. This article focused on these exceptional students. A series of basketball courses which take two hours per week for students with disabilities have been designed. It has taken one year to proceed this project in the inclusive classes of Elementary School, National Hsin Chu University of Education. The impacts of this course to these exceptional students have been investigated, and the result has shown that according to the parents and teachers of those students, the students have progress in social adaptation, emotion control and strength; moreover, in the basketball skill of taking ball, throwing and passing the ball, they have noticeable improvement. However, no remarkable improvement has shown in the skills of dribble, shooting, layup, rebound, and deffance.
