模糊理論與不確定推理在教學評量系統中之應用

An Application of Uncertainty Reasoning in a Fuzzy Tutoring Evaluation System

摘要


本研究探討如何將模糊理論及人工智慧的技術,應用到電腦輔助教學系統領域。並以國中數學「畢氏定理」之教學課程為例,說明所提出的教學評量系統,如何能動態依據學習者對於教材的反應及評量題目作答之結果,自動分析出學生對於每一個學習概念當時的認知程度及觀念形成的模式,藉以建立學生的學習狀態模式,及適時提供學習者真正需要的學習教材,以顯現出較為合理地策略性教導及個人化的行爲。並透過學習記錄的剖析,診斷出學習概念上迷思之現象及關鍵學習概念點;同時結合模糊邏輯理論,建立了學習成效分析解釋介面,以提供學習者及指導者更具助益的建議。最後實際藉由兩百位國中學生參與的實驗顯示,本智慧型教學及評量系統確實有助於提昇學生的學習成效。

Testing and evaluation activities are an important. integral part of Computer-Assisted Instruction systems In most conventional systems, ”absolutely learned” and ”absolutely unfamiliar” are often used to dichotomize the status of a student in learning a new concept How ever, a target concept is usually associated with more than one sub-concept with different degrees of importance Thus, conventional systems may fail to instruct each individual student effectively according to his her learning status In this regard, the proposed research uses a hybrid technology of frizzy theory and uncertainty reasoning. The proposed intelligent tutoring system was designed to illustrate three characteristics (1) automatically tracking and analyzing the current learning status of a student, and detecting the formation of learning barriers or misconceptions, (2) autonomously leading students to visit assisted learning paths. thereby proposing tutorials to encourage students to learn more effectively, and (3) linguistically explaining the implicit behavior of a student during the entire learning process This system was demonstrated by using a mathematical course the Pythagorean Theorem The simulation results and positive feedback from teachers and students at two junior high schools provided evidence concerning the reasonableness and applicability of this tutoring and evaluation system.
