供應鏈整合之研究:資訊通訊科技、產品複雜度、供應鏈成員參與及對供應鏈績效之影響

A Study of Supply Chain Integration and Its Relations with ICT, Product Complexity, Involvement of SC Members, and SC Performance

摘要


本研究深入探討資訊通訊科技及產品複雜度是否能有效促進供應鏈成員參與及供應鏈整合的提昇,進而增進供應鏈績效。本研究所提出之研究架構及假設利用結構方程模式進行驗證與檢定。研究結果顯示,資訊通訊科技及產品複雜度均對供應鏈成員參及供應鏈整合有顯著且正面的影響,並且進而正面的影響供應鏈績效。在變動快速且競爭激烈的全球環境中,台灣的製造業廠商若能透過資訊通訊科技與產品複雜度的有效管理來促進與重要供應鏈夥伴的參與及整合,必能增進供應鏈績效與長期的競爭優勢。

This purpose of the paper is to examine the effects of information and communication technology (ICT) and product complexity on involvement of supply chain members and supply chain integration, and whether more leads to superior supply chain performance. Literature of involvement of supply chain members, supply chain integration and performance were fully reviewed. The ICT application and product complexity were also studied. The model and hypothesized relationship are empirically tested using the structural equation modeling (SEM) approach. The results of this study showed that ICT and product complexity all positively influence upon involvement of supply chain members and supply chain integration, and further have positive effects on supply chain performance. In today's highly dynamic and global competitive environment, manufacturers in Taiwan should accelerate ICT application and product development to enhance involvement of supply chain members and supply chain integration. Effective management of I CT and product complexity can increase involvement of supply chain members, supply chain integration, supply chain performance, and long-term competitive advantage.
