The purpose of this study aimed to investigate the applications of Primal Scream Therapy through Document Analysis in the theories of psychological trauma therapy and program design elements. Discussions included five aspects: 1. to classify the definition of Primal Scream Therapy, 2. to explore the developmental history and origin of the Primal Scream Therapy, 3. to analyze the basic elements of the Primal Scream Therapy, 4. to propose some programs of the Primal Scream therapy, and 5, to discuss the future of the Primal Scream Therapy. Recommendations were accordingly made at the end of this paper.
