同儕教導在智能障礙學生學習日常生活技能之設計應用

摘要


同儕教導(peer tutoring)是在教師的嚴密監督與指導之下,訓練能力較優秀的學生擔任同儕教導者,透過同儕間的互動、對話、交流,提供學生反覆練習的機會,並建立同儕之間相互依存的關係。本文將以同儕教導來進行智能障礙學生學習日常生活技能-烹飪技能,透過實際教學設計以期能作為教師未來教學時之參考。

Peer tutoring is an exacting process under instructor's supervision and guidance through repeated process of interaction, dialogue and communication along with outstanding performed students in order to build a solid relationship between peers. This article investigates how the students with mental retardation gain their daily life skills-the cooking skills, through peer tutoring. Hopefully, the teaching design can be used as the teacher's reference material in the future.
