This paper aims to provide researchers and clinical professionals a referral for selecting the computer pointing devices for people with disabilities in the future, by reviewing the related studies. The authors analyzed 6 studies searched from the electronic databases. The results of reviewing indicated that the major subjects in these studies were people with cerebral palsy, all of these studies used single subject design to collect the data of computer performance and to decide the most appropriate computer pointing device. Most of these studies used objective assessment tool to measure the performance of task of pointing and selecting, and explored popularly with accuracy served as indicators.
