Bullying events have taken place in schools recently and have aroused attentions in the field of education. Inclusion has meant to help students with disabilities in the inclusive setting. However, this good intension seems to become negative because these students have seemed to suffer from bullying. This issue is worthy of discussing. In this paper, the author analyzed the literatures of students with disabilities suffered from bullying, discussing thephysical and mentalcharacteristics apt to make these students become the victims of bulling. Based on the results of the literature analysis, the author also suggested preventive strategies and treatments for those public and related educators in dealing with this issue.
