摘要

緩解性血清陰性對稱型滑膜炎併凹陷性水腫症候群(RS3PE syndrome)是一種原因未明的發炎性疾病，特徵爲雙手嚴重水腫、多發生在男性及老年人、以及對皮質醇的快速反應。由於其診斷標準明確（雙手對稱性凹陷性水腫、急性多重關節炎侵犯、大於50歲，血清風濕因子陰性），如能早期診斷並處理，通常預後良好。RS3PE也可能是一些風濕、腫瘤、感染疾病的前驅症狀徵候，因此若此症候群伴隨著全身性症狀發生，或者對皮質醇反應不良時，宜進一步針對其他潛在病症做深入的探查。

Remitting seronegative symmetrical synovitis with pitting edema, (RS3PE) syndrome, is an inflammatory disease of unknown etiology, characterized by dramatic pitting edema of the hands, male and elderly predominance, and rapid response to corticosteroids. Due to its definite diagnosis criteria (symmetric pitting edema of both hands, sudden onset of polyarthritis, age more than 50 years old, and seronegative for rheumatic factor), the prognosis is usually satisfactory with early recognition and early treatment. RS3PE syndrome may herald underlying rheumatic, neoplastic, or even infectious diseases, and thorough examinations are recommended when its occurrence is accompanied with systemic symptoms or refractory to corticosteroid therapy
