高爾夫球座創新構想的分析探討：以2008年之前的中華民國專利公報為例

本研究的方法是採文獻分析法，並以2008年之前，中華民國專利公報所刊登的28篇高爾夫球座專利文獻爲研究對象。本研究並從專利主題、欲改善的問題與改善的結果三個面向，對發明者的創新構想實施質的分析與探討。本研究的主要目的：一、作爲開發高爾夫球座後續研究之基礎，二、提供欲開發高爾夫球座者之參考。經過詳細的分析探討得到以下結論：一、自1989年後球座的創新文獻，逐年在增加中，且愈接近當前有愈多的趨勢；發明者並把改良球座結構，當作核心的課題。二、發明者構想欲改善的問題都集中在材料、結構、外觀這三個部分。但絕大多數都呈現改善了習知球座的缺點，卻又同時產生新的缺點來。三、發明者的創新構想雖具有獨特性，但因未考慮到生產的成本、使用者的習慣性等等因素，以致於商業價值都不高，而未能普及化。

In this study, we analyzed 28 articles related to patents for golf tee and published by the official gazette of patent in R.O.C. before 2008. Base on the topic of patent, the expected solvable problem, and the result of improvement in each article, we studied and discussed the quality and practicability of the original idea from each researcher. The purpose is to provide not only a foundation for future studies, but also a reference for researchers to develop golf tee. In this study, we came to three conclusions: (1) since 1989, the number of research studying golf tee has been increasing. Moreover, most of the researchers consider improving the structure of tee as their major task; (2) researchers of golf tee mainly focus on the aspect of material, structure, or appearance to make improvements. However, although the newly invented golf tee based on their study without the same problem as the golf tee they studied, there are other weaknesses due to the change in material, structure, or appearance; (3) some of the original ideas proposed by golf-tee researchers are truly creative and unique. However, lacking consideration of practical issues, such as the prime cost of the product, or the habit of golf players, the invented golf tee usually has low commercial value and is unable to be accepted by the majority.
