本研究是以自我經驗敘說的方式來書寫我這麼一位視覺藝術創作者,長時間從事創作,在經歷身體的職業傷害之後,不願面對醫生的建議,只能消極的開刀治療,無法再回復先前的健康狀態,在尋找積極改善身體健康的資訊中,發現可以經由跑步來改善目前身體上的困境,從一個未接觸路跑的女性,經過每周漸進的練習,到愛上練跑的習慣,最後,於練跑半年後,鼓起勇氣挑戰長程路跑的成功經驗。本研究以自我的跑步經驗,經過跑步過程的書寫,參與人生中的第一次馬拉松路跑賽事並順利完成且獲女子分齡組第二名,這些過程成為本文質性研究方法中「自我敘說」的主要文本,檢視這種生命體驗的轉變,透過「主題分析」的方式得到以下的研究結果:(一)轉念、(二)完成全程馬拉松、(三)跑步給我人生的啟發。期望未來也有研究者對於一般女子涉入馬拉松的經驗有另一種不同的參考。
The research is based on narrating a female who had never run for races, and one day she had an accident on her way to the office. She refused to take the doctor’s advice to undergo the operation negatively, but postively searched the information to improve her body health. She found jogging is a suitable way to ameliorate her situation during her break time. Finally, at the end of six months of training, she loved jogging and challenged the first marathon in her life. This study also recorded the experience of jogging and the process of her first marathon. All the process was the main texts of self-narrating by using qualitative methods and theme analysis. The results and findings are as follows: 1. metanoia. 2. finishing marathon. 3. life inspiration from the marathon.
