金融控股公司從業人員在工作上對專業證照認同度之研究

A Study on the Identification with Professional Licenses in Works by the Employees of Financial Holding Companies

摘要

As the environment of international market changes from minute to minute, it has been more and more difficult for anyone to depend on his educational credentials only to seek for titles and high salary in job market. Particularly after double-card storm, the credit crunch and the dwindling of business volume have forced banks to reduce departments and manpower. We thus could see the demand of banking manpower is adjusted with the development of financial markets. Therefore, it has become an ethos to award marks for personal expertise through obtaining licenses. With on-job financial employees as subjects and their satisfaction to performance after obtaining professional licenses as the theme for discussion, the study tested the comparisons in genders, ages, education, occupations and the number of licenses through factor analyses, reliability analyses, covariance analyses, net correlation analyses and simple regression analyses. We analyzed the indirect attitude and intention to obtain the licenses by the surveyed and tried to understand whether obtaining professional licenses that might award marks for personal expertise had significant effects on their work.Follows were the conclusions of empirical results:1. There was no significant difference between the number of license and gender, the p value of test = 0.126>0.05;2. There was no significant difference between the number of license and age, the p value of test = 0.340>0.05;3. There was no significant difference between the number of license and education background, the p value of test = 0.514>0.05;4. There was significant difference between the number of license and occupation, the p value of test = 0.000<0.05.
