祖父孫女家內亂倫與婚姻治療經驗之探究研究

本研究係探究一對因祖父／孫女亂倫事件揭發而參與婚姻治療之夫妻的故事經驗。研究問題包括：一、家內亂倫事件揭發後對家庭的衝擊為何？二、亂倫家庭之夫妻接受婚姻治療的經驗為何？三、影響亂倫家庭夫妻婚姻治療的因素為何？本研究係透過間隔二年的二次訪談，回顧與敘說亂倫事件揭發後的經歷，以及過程中夫妻參與婚姻治療的經驗與成效。結果發現：一、亂倫秘密揭露後，引發一連串三角化的家庭風暴與危機。夫妻對於該如何面對與處理亂倫事件，因個人在家族結構中位置與立場之不同，而陷入多重的矛盾衝突與掙扎中。性別權力控制、原生家庭情感經驗、以及華人「家醜不外揚」、「孝道」、「厚道」、「寬恕」與「宿命」與等家族文化信念都是重要影響因素。過程並引爆原已潛藏的婚姻關係困境。二、夫妻參與治療過程，共經歷四個階段的轉變，從相互懷疑階段到相互妥協階段，再進入共同突破階段，以及最後的投入階段，達成關係的轉化。三、亂倫家庭之夫妻婚姻治療促進個人成長、關係轉化以及家庭復原力量。過程中並發現重要之療效因子，惟維護受害者以及維護加害者兩方指認的療效因子因各自立場差異展現出其在治療中的不同需求特性。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the disclosure of the sex abuse by grandfather and the changing process as well as the therapeutic factors of parent couple therapy to present how Chinese familyism culture affected the incest family's dynamic and organization and to provide suggestions about couple therapy interventions. The discoveries included: (1) There was a severe conflict between the husband and the wife due to their different roles and positions in the family, a devoted Chinese son versus a protective Chinese mother. The parent couple experienced a hard family crisis. (2) The couple therapy improved individual growth, the couple relationship as well as the family resilience. (3) Four stages of the couple therapy changing process were found to show how the couple themselves struggled from the alienation to the close relationship. (4) 10 important therapeutic factors of couple therapy about a family incest were found. Finally, the issues about triangulation and relationship trauma, how powerfully the Chinese familyism culture values affected the incest family dynamic as well as important therapeutic factors of couple therapy were discussed.
