籃球比賽中,防守時大部分時間在做的就是防守準備姿勢。通常教練希望球員在作防守準備動作時重心不宜過高,太過彎曲的膝關節角度,容易使得人體的重心轉換不易,導致動作遲緩;不夠彎曲的膝關節角度,身體重心會偏高,也造成身體較不平衡。本研究的目的在探討不同膝關節彎曲角度作籃球防守準備姿勢時,其身體重心的穩定性,藉以找出最佳的膝關節彎曲角度,來作籃球防守準備姿勢。本研究以12名高中男學生為受測對象(17±0.2歲),實驗中利用AMTI測力板所測得的數據,分析受試者作靜態防守準備姿勢的穩定性測試時,其腳底地面反作用力中心偏移情形發現:當膝關節彎曲角度由90度到120度時偏移量與角度呈現負相關(-0.131),從120度至140度時,偏移量與角度成現正相關(0.278(上標 *)),當膝關節彎曲至120度時,其平均偏移半徑量為0.288公分;以單一樣本t檢定統計方式處理結果顯示:當膝關節彎曲至120度時,其重心偏移半徑量為最小,與其他五個角度的偏移半徑量達顯著差異(t=2.85, p=.036),此為最能夠保持身體重心的平衡,做出防守準備姿勢的動作。
In the basketball games, when players defense, they were always being defense position all the time. The coaches always wanted basketball players to be active defense in competition. The active defense position needed steps steadily and body balance very well. The subject in this study were 12 male (17±0.2 years). In the experiment, we wanted to know which knee angle was the best choice in doing defense position. We record the people's balance ability in different knee angles with AMTI force plate system. The results of this study were summarized as followed: the static radiuses of body's center of gravity at 120 degree were minimum. The radiuses were to be significantly lesser (p<.05) than the radiuses at other knee angles (t=2.850, p=.036). The static defense position in 120 degree was the most steadily body balance. It was to offer the coaches and basketball players a better choice.
