The purpose of this study was to understand the sports coach's job stress and compare the differences between different demographic variables on job stress. Subjects of the study were 204 participants at the Formosa Sports Coach Association. Data were analyzed by Description analysis, Factor analysis, T-Test, and One-Way Analysis of Variance. The results showed: (1) A mean of 3.49were whole sports' coach's job stress. Score determined in rank order of each job stress subscale: decision making analysis (3.88), professional knowledge and skill (3.75), administration relation (3.55), and job loading (2.89). (2)There were no significant difference between gender, age and educational background on entire job stresses each subscale. (3)The different duty has a significant different in the job stress of sport coach.
