擊劍運動項目來說,最主要的技術與戰術訓練主要是來自於教練與選手一對一的個別訓練課程中所獲得,其原因可歸納於兩種形式,一是以往劍術的教學模式;另一個是來自於擊劍比賽的過程。擊劍個別訓練課程是一種具有特殊性的教學模式,因為它針對選手個別的性格與特質,來進行戰術、技術、經驗、專項體能、比賽節奏與思想觀念的教授以及修正選手動作表現的一種訓練工作。由於擊劍個別訓練課程是透過教練給予選手動作信號與演練「套路」式的學習模式,利用反覆大量的「刺激-反應」的訓練程序,來加強選手的動作技術能力,因此個別訓練課程主要有以下幾個特性:一、受到教練個人經驗與思想的主導。二、比賽可能出現各種狀況可反覆出現與演練。三、以近似「實戰」的方式,結合各種技術與戰術。四、提升選手的手、眼、腳動作反應能力。五、教練必須具備擊劍的高度能力。六、有系統且能逐次提升選手能力。
For the fencing sports, the hinge of the course is individual lessons. There are two contributions can be concluded, one comes from the method of teaching in the ancient time, and another is the method of competition. Individual lessons are designed according to the characteristics of the sportsmen or contestants to contain teaching and training of fencing techniques, tactics, experiences, physical abilities, rhythm and mind of the competition. In the individual courses of fencing, coaches instruct contestants the arrangement of body signal and action over and over again. That could strengthen the ability of the trainees through the stimulation-responding process to make the action automatically. Therefore, there are some peculiarities in the following. 1. It is dominated by the personal experience and thought of the coach. 2. Many kind of situations of the competition could be drilled and practice repeatedly. 3. It integrates different techniques and tactics. 4. It can promote the ability of the reaction of hands and legs of the fencers. 5. Coaches should possess the high degree capacity of fencing. 6. It promotes the ability of fencers systematically and gradually.
