運動賽會與人文素養之理念與關聯性探討

摘要

本研究以描述與分析爲方法，旨在探討運動賽會與人文素養這兩個概念的涵義與其在社會實踐過程中可能的關聯，俾便爲運動科研拓展新議題，並爲競技運動實踐場域提供符合人性、彰顯人文精神的相關理念。研究透過運動的觀念描述，說明運動的緣起、文化與社會特質，嘗試勾勒運動所具有的人文精神成分；接著淺釋人文與人文思維的理念，用以表明人文素養的思想背景與指涉；並透過運動賽會的起源與象徵意義之追溯，說明運動賽會原使蘊含的人文精神，再思考與分析時代脈絡對運動發展轉變的影響，從而推演出現代運動賽會所蘊含的人文精神與實踐力有待復甦與加強，故以人文主義思想精神爲本，嘗試提出運動賽會相關人事所應當具有的人文素養之扼要理念。最後經分析歸納後發現，從運動賽會本身、運動賽會的功能和運動賽會所帶來的效益等，都在在說明運動是一個具有彰顯人性最高品質精神發揮的文化創制與文明結果，同時透過運動賽會的施行，也有助於人文精神的發揮與人文素養的實踐。運動賽會與人文素養之間是一種相互含攝、互利共生的關聯。

This study was conducted by description and concept analysis from sport games and the cultured of the spirit of humanism in order to explore the meanings and to find the possible correlation within them basing on the social practice because that it could broaden the new issue in sport science developing and it could give some useful ideas to fit and enlighten the spirit of human being in competitive sport field. There were five procedures of this study. Firstly, it explored the origination and the cultural and social character of sport to find the elements of the spirit of humanism of sport. Secondly, it explained the concept of the spirit of humanism to spread the background of the cultured of the spirit of humanism and sport. Thirdly, it reviewed the history and the symbolic meanings of the sport games and to try to disclose the basic spirit of humanism in/of sport games. Fourthly, it quested the possible reasons why the sport games needed the cultured of spirit of humanism and then to recommend some good ideas of it. The last, considering the potential connection between the sport games and the spirit of humanism under the background of the influence of social change. At the end of the study, it found that the sport game in-it-self, the functions of it, and the beneficial results of it that could express the high qualitative practice of the spirit of humanism. They were also a kind of high qualitative culture product and a civilized achievement. Moreover, holding the sport games would improve the developing of the spirit of humanism and promote the practice of the cultured of the spirit of humanism. Both of them could cover each other and they were in a relationship of mutualism.
