談撐竿跳高訓練及比賽時之選竿方法與原則

The Principle of Pole Vaulting Pole Selection in Training and Competition

摘要


本文主要針對撐竿跳高訓練及比賽進行時撐竿尺寸的選擇、換竿時機及握點的改變進行探討。結論如下: 一、初學者應先從使用11或12呎長(女生),13或14呎長(男生)的撐竿進行訓練。 二、初學者的技術訓練應先以加強短助跑直竿訓練為主。 三、初學者應先使用等於自己本身體重的撐竿,等技術、速度及撐竿運行能力提升之後再使用硬度較大的竿子。 四、教練們都應盡可能的把每位選手每次試跳的架距設定為80公分。 五、教練選手應依照每次試跳技術缺失、撐竿的彎曲度及落地位置來決定是否應更換撐竿及下一次試跳的對策。

The main purpose of this study was to discuss the principle of pole vaulting pole selection in training and competition. The conclusions were as followed: 1. High school beginner should use shorter pole to start the training. 2. The beginner should use shorter run up distance for technical training. 3. The beginner should select the weight of the pole in accordance to his or her own body weight. 4. The coach should set up the distance of standards at 80 center meters behind the back of the planting box to encourage vaulters hit the take-off. 5. During competition, the vaulters should select pole and make adjustment according to the result of previous attempt.
