柔道比賽負荷與專項檢測之比較

A Comparison of Judo Competition Load and Judo Special Test on Judoists

摘要


目的:本研究欲瞭解實際柔道競賽中,柔道選手的肌肉能量代謝與比賽時間之關係,並以柔道專項檢測預測其比賽負荷能力。方法:本研究以7名高中柔道選手為對象(男性選手5名、女性選手2名,平均年齡15.88±0.78歲,平均身高167.13±3.62公分,平均體重59.88±4.73公斤,平均訓練年齡為5±1.67年)進行賽前的專項檢測與比賽檢測,以耳垂採血方式進行乳酸分析,其採血時間點為安靜值及運動結束後的第1、3、5、7、10分鐘;此外,記錄每一位受試者正式比賽時間,與賽後乳酸最大值進行對照。結論:柔道競賽時間愈長選手乳酸值愈高,本專項檢測適於應用於訓練之中,但無法預測選手的比賽能力。

Purpose: To investigate the relationship between the judo special test and judo competition for senior high school judoists, and to compare the match time with the metabolic ability and the judo special test in judoists. Method: 7 senior high school judoists volunteered to participate this study (male: 5, female: 2, age: 15.88±0.78 yrs, height: 167.13±3.62 cm, weight: 59.88±4.73 kg, training experience: 5±1.67 yrs). The blood samples were collected at resting, 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th, and 10th minute after the special test and one match. Besides, refer to the time of the match and maximal lactate. Conclusion: Subjects with longer match time had higher maximal lactate, the judo special test cannot predict the ability of judoists in competition, but can be used in training.
