目的:探討教練領導行為、團隊氣氛與團隊凝聚力等三個構面間的關聯性。方法:在相關研究之文獻回顧後,參酌運動領導量表、組織氣氛量表及團隊凝聚力量表等問卷之問項內容,並經修正成為適合本研究主題之問項而成為正式問卷,而後以參加2009-10大專足球聯賽(男49隊,女3隊)之足球運動代表隊為研究母群,共獲得256位選手為樣本,進行敘述性統計、探索性因素分析及結構方程模式分析。結果:經過結構方程模式驗證後,知覺教練領導行為會正向顯著影響團隊氣氛、團隊氣氛會正向顯著影響團隊凝聚力,研究假設之架構模式配適良好。結論:本研究假設架構之三個構面:知覺教練領導行為、團隊氣氛與團隊凝聚力的關聯性得到驗證;此外,教練的正向支持行為能有助於形成正向的團隊氣氛,進而提升團隊凝聚力。因此本研究結果建議教練應該多利用能促成正向團隊氣氛的領導行為,除了能增進團隊凝聚力之外,更能讓團隊更有效率地達成團隊目標。
Propose: This study investigates the relationships between leadership behaviors, team climate and team cohesion. Methods: The questionnaire used in this study was modified from Leadership Scale for Sport (LSS), Organizational Climate Scale (OCS), and Sport Cohesiveness Questionnaire (SCQ). A survey was conducted from 256 athletes of 52 varsity teams filled out a questionnaire. All data were analysis with descriptive statistics, exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and structural equation modeling (SEM). Results: The results reveal that leadership behaviors have a positive significant effect on organizational climate. It was also found that there is a positive significant effect of organizational climate to team cohesion. Conclusion: The findings support the relationships of leadership behaviors, team climate and team cohesion. In more detail, the more soccer athletes perceived coach ”leadership behavior,” the more positive ”team climate” will be, and therefore, results in more ”team cohesiveness.” his highlights the importance of positive leadership behaviors and the findings suggest that the coach should makes more efforts to enhance their positive leadership behavior in order to increase the effectiveness of team target.
