節拍器時序訓練對初學者高爾夫推桿上肢動作一致性的影響

The Effect of Metronome-Based Timing Training for Novices on Consistency of Golf Putting Arm Movement

摘要


本研究目的在探討節拍器時序訓練對初學者推桿上肢動作一致性造成的影響,14位選修高爾夫球課的大專學生年齡在18到23歲,自願參與本次實驗並隨機分為實驗組及控制組,透過Motion Analysis System八台高速攝影機記錄受試者執行4、8、12呎推桿上肢關節運動學參數。實驗組接受五週十個小時的時序訓練,結果顯示控制組的在下桿後期時間、下桿期時間及下桿時間比值的變異係數(Coefficient of variation)皆增加(t = -3.192,p = .005,t =-2.738,p = .014,t = -2.719,p =.015),而實驗組的下桿前期時間變異係數顯著下降(t = 2.259,p = .037)。肩、肘關節在下桿最大速度及關節角度的變異係數皆有下降的趨勢,而腕關節則無規律的結果。五周十個小時的時序訓練提高了推桿加速期時間的一致性,上肢力量似乎維持肩、肘關節趨向固定不動,以產生一致的關節下桿最大速度,腕關節沒有相同的趨勢其原因是初學者有較多手腕動作的特性亦或訓練的效果尚未影響到上肢遠端則有待進一步的探究。

This research investigated the effect of metronome-based timing training on the consistency of upper limbs movement of golf putting for novice players, 14 college students aged from 18 to 23 were recruited voluntarily in the experience and were divided randomly into two groups: a novice experimental group (NE) and a novice control group (NC). The Motion Analysis System with 8 high speed cameras was used to collect the upper limb joints when performing 4, 8, 12 feet putts. The NE group received 10 hours timing training in 5 weeks, the results showed the coefficient of variation (CV) of follow-through time, forward swing time and ratio of downswing were increased in the NC group (t = -3.192, p = .005, t = -2.738, p = .014, t = -2.719, p =.015), the CV of downswing time was decreased in the NE group (t = 2.259, p = .037). The CVs of shoulder and elbow joint angles and the maximal velocities in the forward-swing phase (Vmax_FS) were tend to decrease, but wrist joint did not show the regular results. The 10 hours timing training in 5 weeks elevated the consistency of duration in the accelerative phase, the strength of upper limbs seemed to keep the shoulder and elbow joints steady in order to produce a consistent Vmax_FS. The reason that the wrist joint did not show the similar pattern which is the character of novices or the training effect did not reach to the distal joint of upper limb need another further research.
