本研究目的是探討近視者配戴框架眼鏡與軟式隱形眼鏡對運動視覺之差異。方法:以12 位志願參與者配戴框架眼鏡與軟式隱形眼鏡後雙眼視力 ≥ 1.0,先以閃光融合閾值儀測量視覺疲勞程度,再以深度覺檢測儀測量深度知覺及Athlevision 運動視覺軟體測量動體視力、眼球運動、周邊視覺、瞬間視力。統計採用相依樣本t 檢定與無母數相依樣本魏氏考驗(Wilcoxon matched-pairs signed-rank test)比較兩組的差異。結果:深度知覺、動體視力、眼球運動、周邊視覺、瞬間視力等檢測,在這兩組均無顯著差異。結論:近視者配戴框架眼鏡與軟式隱形眼鏡矯正視力,在運動視覺表現無顯著差異,從事運動時可依個人習慣配戴眼鏡。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences of the myopic persons between their wearing spectacles and soft contact lenses for sports vision measurements. Methods: In 12 volunteer participants wearing spectacles or soft contact lenses, corrected vision of both eyes ≥ 1.0, we used Critical Fusion Frequency threshold to measure visual fatigue, depth perception analyzer to measure depth perception and Athlevision Sports Vision Software to measure dynamic visual acuity (DVA), eye movement (EM), peripheral vision (PV), and momentary vision (MV). Dependent sample t test and nondependent sample Wilcoxon matched-pairs signed-rank test were calculated to compare the two groups. Results: For all the depth perception, DVA, EM, PV, and MV measurements, the two groups showed no significant differences. Conclusion: There were no significant differences between wearing spectacles and soft contact lenses for myopic correction on sports vision. Both corrected methods were suitable for sports, depending on personal habits.
