目的:本研究主要目的為瞭解棒球投手平衡能力與肩關節肌力對於投球的準度及速度之影響。以15 位臺灣某國立大學棒球代表隊之投手為受試對象。方法:本研究方法以Zebris 測力板測量軸心腳與非軸心腳之動態平衡能力與肩關節肌力評估,再進行30 顆投球技能的準度及速度測試。以多變量多元迴歸(Multivariate Multiple Linear Regression, MMLR)探討影響投手投球技能(準度及速度)的獨立變項。結果:本研究結果在探討動態單腳站立平衡能力方面,對於投球準度的分析,所探討的變項中,沒有因子達顯著水準,而投球速度方面,非軸心腳足壓中心擺盪長度達顯著水準(p < .05);在慣用手肩關節肌力方面,肩關節伸展肌力、肱二頭肌肌力、下斜方肌肌力 與肩關節外轉肌力等因子對於投球準度的分析達顯著水準(p < .05),投球速度方面,有外展肌肌力、肱二頭肌肌力、肱三頭肌肌力與中斜方肌肌力等因子達顯著水準(p < .05)。結論:本研究之結論為棒球投手在投球時非軸心腳的支撐平衡能力會影響到其投球表現;另外同時亦證實肩關節伸展肌力、肱二頭肌肌力、下斜方肌肌力與肩關節外轉肌肌力是影響投球準度的重要關鍵因素。
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship among balance ability, shoulder strength, and pitching performance for collegiate baseball pitchers. Methods: Fifteen collegiate baseball pitchers were participated this study. The static balance was measured by Zebris force platform. The shoulder strength was measured by MicroFET3. The pitch performance included pitch speed and accuracy was measured by using Rader Gun while throwing 30 pitchs. Multivariate Multiple Linear Regression was used to examine the relationship among balance ability, shoulder strength, and pitching performance. Results: There had no significant relationship between balance ability and pitch speed. There had significant relationship between length track of COP of non-dominate leg and pitch speed (p < .05). There had significant relationship between shoulder extensor, biceps, lower trapezius and shoulder external rotator with pitch accuracy (p < .05) and shoulder abduction, biceps, triceps and middle trapezius with pitch speed. Conclusions: This research found the balance ability of non-dominate leg could affect the throwing performance; also confirmed the shoulder strength would affect the pitching accuracy.
