壺鈴訓練對女子壘球選手專項體能與運動表現之影響

Effect of Kettlebell Training on Physical Fitness and Athletic Performance in Women Softball Players

摘要


目的:探討壺鈴選手經過6 週的壺鈴訓練後,對於體能及專項運動表現之影響。方法:以28 位女子壘球選手為對象並分為壺鈴組或控制組;兩組實驗參與者在實驗期間除了接受正常的壘球訓練之外,壺鈴組則須另外進行每週3 次、持續6 週之壺鈴訓練。在訓練前、後均測量實驗參與者之垂直跳、肌力等體能測驗以及投球、揮棒、跑壘等專項表現。所有數據以混合設計二因子變異數分析分別比較組別與時間二個因子間的差異。結果:訓練後壺鈴組之垂直跳高度分別顯著高於訓練前與控制組(27.38 ± 5.18 vs. 23.78± 4.97、22.74 ± 3.70, p < .05),但而二組間其它依變項無顯著差異。結論:本研究所進行的壺鈴訓練可有效提升女壘選手之下肢爆發力,但對於其他體能及專項表現則無效益。

Purpose: To investigate the effects of 6-weeks kettlebell training (KBT) on physical fitness and athletic performance in female softball players. Methods: Twenty-eight participants were assigned to a KBT group or a control group. All participants sustained the regular softball training programs during the experimental period. Participants in KBT group performed KBT 3 times per weeks for 6 weeks. The participants were required to perform assessments including vertical jump, maximal strength, pitching, swing, and base running before and after the study. Data was analyzed by two-way mixed design ANOVA. Results: After training, the vertical jump heights in KBT group were significantly higher than before and control group (27.38 ± 5.18 vs. 23.78 ± 4.97, 22.74 ± 3.70, respectively, p < .05). There were no significant differences in other variables between groups. Conclusions: Kettlebell trainingcan effectively enhance lower extremity explosive powerin female softball players. However, KBT had no benefits on the other physical fitness and special performance.
