以階層程序分析法探討中小企業新產品開發成功關鍵因素之研究

An Empirical Study on the Key Successful Factors for New Product Development of Small and Medium Enterprises by Using AHP

摘要


本研究主要目的為探討中小企業在新產品開發過程中,主要影響之成功關鍵因素。研究結果顯示,影響中小企業新產品開發成功之前七大關鍵因素依序為「領先創新型策略」、「應用改良型策略」、「高階主管的認同與支持」、「發展防禦型策略」、「跨功能開發小組的建立」及「商品企劃與商品企劃審查」、「跟隨模仿型策略」。

The purpose of this study is to explore the key successful factors for new product development of small and medium enterprises. The results showed that the top seven factors dominating new product development of small and medium enterprises are: leading and innovation strategy, application and reformation strategy, support and commitment of top management, developing and defense strategy, establishment of cross-function teams, product planning and evaluation, and following and imitation strategy.
