摘要

本研究之主要目的在於初步探討安置於老人養護中心的長者，對外籍監護工服務的主觀感受，從其接受服務的角度來看待外籍監護工的管理問題，以做為機構管理者提升服務品質之參考。本研究以兩家臺北市私立老人安養護機構長者為主要訪談對象，以日常生活中的飲食、沐浴、穿衣等方面，詢問長者的滿意度及改進項目，以做為機構管理者未來參考改進之方向。

The purpose of this study was to explore the perception of the elderly toward the foreign nursing assistants working in elderly care institutions. A purposive sampling was conducted the elderly caring in two institutions in Taipei City. We interviewed the participants based on an interview guidelines, it included dieting, dressing, living and activities etc. Many suggestions based on the results will be recommended to improve the quality of care for the elderly caring in institutions.
