高齡者學習與心理健康

Elderly Learning and Psychological Health

摘要


高齡者學習與其身心健康有著密切的關係,也直接影響其生活品質。所以,近年來國內外各單位也日益重視老人教育機會的提供,面對著這個急遽發展之高齡需求趨勢,高齡教育與心理健康兩者間關聯之探索卻未跟上其應有之腳步。有鑑於此,本文簡述國內高齡教育之發展方向,並根據國內外研究整理高齡教育與心理健康兩者間之關係,提供對此議題有興趣者參考,期能拋磚引玉,使未來研究能有助於高齡者,使其能以更佳之學習方式滿足自己需求,並從學習中得到心理滿足。最後,也整理一些未來高齡教育方向之前人及個人看法,提供參考。

Elderly learning is associated with psychological well-being, it also related to personal life quality. Accordingly, this issue has been a focus in the field. However, the study in the elderly education and the health relationship is rare. The current study starts with describing elderly education situation in Taiwan, then, discusses the education-psychology relationship studies. Hope the paper is helpful to future researchers to strengthen the relationship and helping them learning in a more efficiency way. Finally, the paper also discussed future elderly education for those interested.
