摘要

貫穿溫病各階段治療，治療原則僅在「宣」與「通」。葉天士在《外感溫熱病篇》中早有訂定溫病各階段治則：「在衛汗之可也，到氣方可清氣，入營猶可透熱轉氣，入血直須涼血散血。」
