中醫治療先天心臟病致發育遲緩案例

摘要

本院治療一例患有先天心臟病並偏食納差導致生長遲緩之兒童，得到良好改善的治療經驗。本例為11歲男性，出生時母親因為吸毒，患有心臟先天缺陷，出生即有肺動脈閉鎖，並伴隨有缺氧、唇色黑青的現象，經過數次開刀和裝設人工血管後，方得運作如常，但仍有許多先天受損不足之處，接下來四年中歷經三次手術，至民國98年人工血管植入完成，直到105年至中醫就診時，脾胃虛弱，納差偏食，生長遲緩，更不能做激烈的運動。治療方式以中藥調理脾胃，並同時加強循環系統，經過數次治療其成長發育獲得良好改善。

This case is an 11-years-old boy. He was born with congenital heart disease due to his mother drug abuse. Some complications were accompanied inclusive of pulmonary artery atresia, oxygen deficiency, and black lips. After several times of surgeries and artificial blood vessels implanted, his heart works, but it is not enough because this heart has been impaired in the first place. In the next four years, after three surgeries, the implantation of artificial blood vessels was completed in 2009. In 2016, the boy with poor appetite and growth retardation due to the weak spleen and stomach consulted the TCM clinic, and he was too weak to do strenuous exercise. The treatment policy is to regulate the spleen and stomach with traditional Chinese medicine, and strengthen the circulatory system at the same time. After the treatments, the growth and development are improved.
