摘要

透過頸部挫傷後喉部組織向內部腫脹，造成上呼吸道阻塞，需緊急建立呼吸道的個案分析。發現評估困難插管的方式仍有盲點，經由建立困難呼吸道的處置流程（表2.）以緊急環甲狀軟骨氣切方式，快速找到建立呼吸道的替代方法。平常在需緊急建立呼吸道的地方，須先把這些困難呼吸道的裝置組合成套，以便移動供緊急使用，達到快速建立呼吸道的目的。

We are going to report a neck contusion case with the internal swelling of laryngeal tissue, who needs to establish an emergency airway due to upper airway obstruction. There still remain some the blind points for the evaluation of difficult intubation. By using surgical cricothyroidectomy, we successfully maintain his airway, which is compatible with the difficult airway algorithm. In order to establish the airway rapidly, we should set up the portable difficult intubation unit in case of emergency occurred.
