摘要

背景：隨著哺餵母乳的政策推廣下，還有很多因素會影響產婦是否願意哺餵母乳。目的：探討產婦選擇哺餵方式及其相關因素。方法：以問卷調查法，方便取樣之方式選取北部三家醫院之個案，共105名。結果產婦的學歷愈高、月收入越多、有就業、公婆正向態度等其越容易影響選擇哺餵母乳，且達統計顯著差異。而量表中以「哺餵母乳的優點及價值觀」之因素達統計顯著的差異。產婦考慮哺餵嬰兒配方奶常見原因為「哺餵母乳無法充份休息」、「餵母奶不易判斷嬰兒是否已飽」、「擔心乳汁不夠，嬰兒吃不飽」、「若哺餵母乳，外出時無適當場所及設備協助解決漲奶問題」。結論：本研究之結果可提供臨床照顧產婦哺餵母乳之參考。

Background: When considering breastfeeding promotion policy, there are many factors that affect mothers' willingness to breastfeed. Purpose: This research investigated the factors which had impacts on feeding methods by postpartum mothers. Methods: We used a questionnaire survey and convenience sampling to select participants from three hospitals in Northern Taiwan. A total of 105 participants were involved in this study. Results: Our research indicated that mothers with a high education level, high income, employed, and whose parents-in-law had positive breastfeeding attitudes were more likely to choose breastfeeding (p ＜.05). The factor of breastfeeding benefits for the scale were significantly higher than those of others. The primary reasons some mothers choose formula feeding were ＂I cannot rest while breastfeeding,＂ ＂It is not easy to judge whether the baby is full during breastfeeding,＂ ＂I worry about not providing enough milk,＂ and ＂because of breast swelling when in public places that do not have appropriate facilities and equipment＂. Conclusions: The results of this study can serve as a reference for breastfeeding care.
