摘要

目的：開發智慧型高齡者照護設備是重要趨勢。但高齡者對於科技產品的接受度低，所以分析其對科技產品的接受模式非常重要。本研究的目的是將「科技接受模式2」的原文問項改編成中文問卷，用以分析高齡者對智慧型照護設備的接受模式。方法：以「科技接受模式2」的問項為基礎，經由問卷設計、翻譯及兩次專家會議，將其原文問項改編成中文問卷。結果：依照「科技接受模式2」原文問項中的精神，再考慮高齡者及智慧型照護設備的特性，以「互動式隨身照護手錶」為例，產出『互動式隨身照護手錶』之科技接受模式的中文問卷。結論：本研究除了想分析高齡者對智慧型照護設備的接受模式，更希望本研究的經驗能提供業界，作為研發高齡者照護設備時的參考。

Objective: It is a tendency to develop intelligent care facilities which can fit elder's demand. For elders, it is difficult to accept technology products. Analyzing the model of accepting technology products for elders is very important. The purpose of this study is to translate and revise the prototype questionnaire of technology acceptance model 2 to Chinese questionnaire for analyzing the model of accepting intelligent care facilities for elders. Method: We employed the prototype questionnaire of Technology Acceptance Model 2 (TAM2), and translated and revised it to prototype of Chinese questionnaire. After discussing with experts in two times of meeting, we finished Chinese questionnaire. Result: Giving the example of ”the interactive, carry-on watch with the function of medical care”, we used the essence of prototype questionnaire of Technology Acceptance Model 2, considered the characteristic of elders and intelligent care facilities to accomplish the Chinese questionnaire about acceptance model of intelligent care facilities. Conclusion: In addition to analyze the acceptance model of intelligent care facilities for elders, we expect that our experience can help industrial circles to research and develop care facilities for elders in the future.
